Okay....so it seems around the 3:11 mark he gets pretty close to her neck.....does this whole thing strike anyone else as a little bit creepy?
But ups to Biebs. Dude's a freakin' pimp.
And Mariah looks impressive considering the circumstances (kids, being old, etc...)
