she looks alright partying overseas -- except for the fact that she does not have anyone that looks like they're willing to talk to her... but apparently she's lost her passport and might not make it back to the U.S. for her 9 am "progress" hearing tomorrow in LA...in which case the DA is going to arrest her for not showing up. it just gets worse and worse..
