Lot of controversy going around today because of this supposed picture of Michael Phelps....the best swimmer in the world.... takin in some illegal stuff (so the FCC doesn't show up at our door) over the weekend. now i think we know why he got so fast.... call me tonight and we can have an off-air talk about this..
