He's gotta do 100 hours of community service by February....and he went overseas and performed for a bunch of soldiers putting their lives on the line for people like you and me to go about our lives every single day. And this judge says... no, that doesn't count as community service. So what does Kid Rock do?

Unfortunately, the crew members and 2 passengers lost their lives in this crash; but it is pretty crazy that anyone survived at all. Travis Barker from Blink 182 and DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) are in critical but stable condition and are expected to make a full recovery....those pictures are crazy, and they are lucky to have survived.
